Chris joined PFG having spent 3 years with RSM, an international advisory firm, where he led RSM’s Asset Based Lending team in the South of England, focussing heavily on both debt advisory and due diligence mandates. Prior to RSM, Chris spent 15 years working lender side, specialising in the financing of trade receivables and other balance sheet assets.
Chris’s experience across both M&A and restructuring adds significant credentials when representing our clients. His commercial mindset ensures a measured approach to key stakeholder management; critical during any transaction.
Outside of work, Chris loves a bit of DIY as well as spending time with his family, including two rather active young boys. Chris has a passion for all forms of sport, with rugby and golf being particular favourites.
